Pros
The culture is great. The workload is steady and sometimes overwhelming but you can tell for the most part the work is appreciated. You get a strong sense that you're work is meaningful.
Cons
Sometimes profits overshadow the "we're for people" aspect of the company. Lots of people who are strong contributors find themselves let go over balance sheets and restructuring without consideration of the amount of work that individual contributes. It's a bit like a blind draw. The Executives also are very wishy-washy on their views. Sometimes they are very steadfast in what they believe and sometimes they buckle to industry pressures.
