      Pros

      Brand new plant, so starting up wasn't always fun or easy. Great benefits and safety culture. Can't beat the retirement plan or the time off.

      Cons

      Management isn't very good. Because it was a plant start-up, management tried to stay hands on with everything which ultimately caused more problems than needed.
