It has all the advantages of big companies. Very good benefits and way above average salary. They trust you with big responsibilities and allow you to grow and ascend.
Cons
Their objectives change constantly and extremely. The company is governed by politics, what in some cases creates and unhealthy work environment. It seems to be a company where the job is secured, but it is not always the case, politics may stab you in the back.
