      Cantina. Possibility for bonus and 13th month pay. If you lucky to start in a quiet corner, you might surf through many years without doing much.

      Cons

      Work load, management, onboarding process, documentation system, internal politics and accountability. So many people let go, 'because money is king'. Projects started ... dropped. Can't suggest this place for young professionals.
