      Salary and benefits are a plus. Safety oriented!

      Cons

      The schedule is not as flexible as I needed as it was 12 hour swing shifts. Very limited advancement opportunities in production. Other department managers are extremely hard to work with and will fight you tooth and nail even though their knowledge of the production process is VERY limited.
