Great health benefits 6% 401k match Flexible hours Plenty of areas to improve the company and be able to make noticeable impacts.

Cons

Benefits are used as a reason for low salary, and don't expect to be an exception. Ambition is recognized and lightly rewarded. Don't expect to be able to make large ripples or climb to a meaningful position. If your boss isn't your best friend, then good luck. They perform a bottom 10% layoff every 2 years.

Pros

Staff very friendly and management very knowledgable. Supervisor was very fair and explained all the duties. She even taught me how to process import paperwork and track incoming shipments.

Cons

It was a shame that I was part of a downsizing due to several quarters' bad sales results.

Cons

Very dysfunctional service department. Old timers refusing to teach, lead, or get out of the way. You will be used and abused for next to nothing. It will be chaotic and you will be in over your head in front of disgruntled customers with no meaningful support in front of a throw away machine riddled with problems.
