Pros

Flexible WFH/remote policy, ClickHS veterans are great people that I enjoyed working with. Good company values when the company actually abides by them. When it comes to social issues/DEI, they actually are quite progressive, so I will give them that. No qualms there. Decent bonus incentives as well when they actually decide to give it to you, but you have to be working there for a couple of years first.

Cons

Corporate mismanagement by higher-ups that are completely detached from the product they are selling and the people building/deploying it. Only interested in numbers, not context. Constant shifting of managing directors/department leads on the corporate side that introduce new sweeping sets of expectations and protocol/process changes that more than likely came from an article someone read on LinkedIn. Hard shift away from the employee-focused, integrity-driven values that once made the company a great place to work for. Not interested in taking any criticisms made by employees into account no matter how valid or constructive. Unhelpful and hostile HR department. Incompetent hiring department, more invested in hiring cheap labor overseas without properly vetting said international hires. Conflicting/arbitrary/intentionally confusing performance review metrics used as a "gotcha" that felt more like a way to keep employees from getting their full bonus (I got dinged pretty hard at one point for getting a score of "meets expectations" instead of "exceeds expectations", which is kind of ridiculous when you think about it). Overall, the entire corporate hierarchy is a mess.

Pros

Huron provides excellent learning opportunities and robust leadership training. The environment offers plenty of excitement, and the compensation and benefits packages feel fair. I also greatly appreciated the company's culture around community involvement, which allowed me to give back locally.

Cons

While the day-to-day work can be engaging, the organization severely stumbles when it comes to employee support and compliance. Specifically, management failed to go through the ADA good faith interactive process when accommodations were required. Furthermore, there is a troubling internal culture where calling out bad practices—even when those practices could directly hurt clients—results in being cut out rather than heard.
