Pros
CEO is very genuine. Knowledgable, but also personable. Overall benefits are solid Best infrastructure for employee training I've seen at any company (online programs, in house class led, external class led, conferences, etc.) Very proactive about community involvement
Cons
Comp is often behind the curve by a year (they like to baseline against industry averages, but that means they only have last year's numbers). Despite efforts to get away from "time in grade" expectations, they are still very much swayed by it It's a consulting organization, so if you're not a consultant, expect some of the systems to treat you as an afterthought. Higher level ranks (Senior Director, Managing Director) really expect you to be in a selling role, which is problematic for roles that need top talent, but aren't customer facing. It has the bureaucracy of a much larger company, and subsequently can't get out of its own way sometimes. In the balance between managing the numbers and managing the people, the numbers seems to be getting increasing sway - it's leading to a less personable company than it used to be.
