- The client-centric, employee-centric culture that existed at our company before it was acquired by Huron is not non-existent. It's now all about the bottom-line, and an every-man-for-himself environment. Salespeople looking out for salespeople. Partners looking out for partners. Senior and Junior delivery personnel trying to stick together with difficulty.
- Healthcare practice, which is the majority of the business is tanking. The stock price has plummeted (by over 50%) in 6 months, which turns stock-based compensation into a penalty, and leads to massive cost-cutting measures impacting other areas of the business, also distracting leadership from high-performing areas.
Also, there is significant discontent within the ranks of the company (I mean...they have layoffs every quarter), so I'm skeptical of the other review on the site. This is one of the main reasons I felt compelled to write a review.
