      Pros

      Some departments and locations are viewed as more important and therefore get better treatment. If you are able to train yourself and are not afraid to ask questions you'll do well.

      Cons

      Opposite of pros. Also culture advertised is not the current culture.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
