Pros
small firm, very quick decision process, exposure to more responsibility
Cons
small company so lacks better services/processes/perks/benefits When one joins the company , CEO sends a presentation on ethics and culture, the presentation basically thrashes how Enron ended up on unethical path even though it had impressive motto and corporate vision. Well HUSCO is no different. Micromanagement is everywhere. Team lead sits on next desk so basically he/she is always looking over your shoulder. Ex CEO was very micro manager. New one is better but culture is still the same. Being a small firm, few people have immense power to influence and make things happen and some of the individuals of that particular pack are not experienced and are immature. I resigned as I was fed up with lack of freedom at work and constant snooping. During annual review, my input had no value. My current work place is just too good. Overall, stay away from this firm
