      Bad team leaders, unrealistic targets, poor equipment as it keeps breaking down. No progression unless your face fits, poor pay or work done. Plenty of people who think there bosses

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
