      Used to be a great place to work pre covid

      Cons

      Taken on too much work, don't look after staff, change production needs on a whim. Not enough training for new starters. Management turn a blind eye to people not following processes as long as parts are being shipped on time.

      Good learning for fresh out of college as you get hands-on on everything

      Cons

      Since it is a tier 1- You have to be hands - on from day 1 and you were expected to wear multiple hats at once.
