Pros
No chance to advance without connection.. Managers should go back to school 80% are 0 professional .in my group one manager with field experience .is the only person that is understanding this business all the rest are there just because are playing golf.. so concluding if you are a good golf player great chance to be promoted if not must find other company ..
Cons
Again management... after 2 years still all manager are there but at list 25% off great geologists and engineers was layoff .
