Pros
Great benefits and training opportunities, the administration building is a modern and well-equipped facility. They even have an on-site fitness room for employees. Engineers have it really good here.
Cons
Too much change too fast in systems and processes at the corp level, archaic culture, good ol' boys' mentality in maintenance dept, unionized workplace.
