Business folks were great to work with.
Cons
IT needs to be nuked. Not saying they need to activate the "market test". Too many organizations opt for the easy, well perceived to be easy, way by out sourcing. The culture has not changed, and will not change unless upper and middle management are fired. There is no team building or support from "leaders". If you want to see how a poor IT shop operates, work here. Then you'll know the types of companies to pass on and have a better career.
