Great people although they are leaving at a rapid pace...
Cons
Good people are leaving... Bad upper management and the inability to hold on to good supervisors is killing them. Human Resources is outstanding..except in the Performance Parts Dept. Salaried employees are required to work over 55+ hours per week...every week.
