Take the job with caution - Assistant Professor Husson University Employee Review

Administration frequently disregards faculty concerns. Faculty salary/compensation is stagnant. Administration refuses to discuss/negotiate salary. Faculty are not peer reviewed by outside universities. Faculty development is not funded with high regard and very limited. Courses taught by faculty outside their professional/educational background. Many traditional Registrar and Admissions department roles are delegated to an already taxed faculty. Most interested in catching students while letting quality of education drop.
