Pros
Great students, nice facilities, great location; benefits are good and the time off and retirement plans are very generous.
Cons
Administration, organization, structure; several employees who are deeply set in their ways because they have worked there since the 80s, 90s, or earlier. Staff members are frequently treated poorly and reminded how expendable they are. Long hours and years of work are not valued over 'favorites' in the office. Only time staff is praised or thanked for work is when they retire or if they save/generate money for the college. Little to no investment in the growth or development of human capital (employees). Not a place to work long-term; get in, get experience, and get out! Worked hard and felt like none of it was noticed or mattered to anyone.
