Pros
Solid pay, cool office, diverse culture
Cons
An entire sales org was hired without any strategic direction and a majority of the sales org had not come in with much prior Saas experience - or at least Saas experience that was successful or scaling. The "Growth" department has the loudest voice in the decision making room but actually has no demonstrated success growing an organization - as many marketers are, they are very adept at shining the light on things that make then look successful, but often at the expense of others. Another red flag was their search for a Chief Revenue Officer - why are the big name investors not presenting candidates for this role? You are asking employees for referrals for a CRO role? They'll tell you that the ARR growth is massive when in reality very few people have an understanding of ARR and even fewer people have realized that you actually need to send invoices to receive payments. Operationally, this place is a mess. A top notch COO is needed to come in be the adult in the room even if that means sacrificing the culture somewhat, otherwise they'll run out of money inside of 12 months - hence the multiple rounds of layoffs. Beware the employee count on Linkedin is way off - 190 people as of today but I count 30 I know don't work there anymore and I wasn't around for the latest round of layoffs this week.
