Terrible communication - PARTS COUNTER PERSON Hutson Employee Review

Worked at Hutson after they took over Bader and Sons and it was the worst experience of my working career. The It department could never keep the systems up and running, HR would never visit, communication from up high was absolutely terrible and they do not care about the employees only the numbers. Hutson Inc is trying to take over the Michigan market for John Deere and they do not know how to manage a company as large as they are becoming.
