Cons
There are a couple of 2 faced people that like drama, machines constantly breaking down because either maintenance doesn't know what they are doing, or they'd rather keep "fixing" the issue instead of replacing the equipment. Lots of favoritism. They are short handed a lot, but hey, more hours right?
