Pros

1. Most of the managers are young and easy to get along with. 2. It is easy to get time off when you want it or need it. 3. The people I work with are fun but some of the high schoolers are inmature. 4. The wage is okay.

Cons

1. The bad things about working there being a part time employee when the managers change something they do not tell you. It is very annoying as a part time employee not knowing what is going on as part timers do not get meetings. 2. Some of the managers need to praise employees more often for doing a good job. 3. The managers need to wait to correct someone when the customer is gone. 4. Hardly any benefits to part time employees and would not be able to live off of this wage. 5. They need to train new employee's better.

Pros

I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

Cons

There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.

As a 24/7 retail business, scheduling can be demanding in some roles — though the variety of positions means there's flexibility to find the right fit.
