Pros

Stable, reliable work environment. It is a corporate business style-run establishment but also very close knit. I also get paid GREAT for the job that I lead. I am a 2nd shift assistant manager in the kitchen department.

Cons

The only thing I have an issue is that this company adheres to the idea "customers come first" religiously. This is fine but they need to understand workers come first too! If a customer is yelling at me or any of my workers, I want the right to refuse service. This company would want you to respond in a different manner. They would want you to offer free coupons or other incentives to change the customer's mood.

Pros

I really enjoyed my coworkers and the management of the store. There were a handful of people who worked there at the time who weren't necessarily my favorite, but overall the team was good.

Cons

There we no significant cons. The pay is not the highest, but these are mainly entry level jobs.
