Pros
coworkers great culture and values for a grocery store active, fast passed environment paid breaks for part time employees matching 401k, good benefits for full time employees (given it is a grocery store) quarterly bonuses for full time managers Company is very adaptive to change for the better advancement opportunities flexible hours for part time employees The biggest pro i took from HyVee were the skills and abilities i was tough by senior management.
Cons
low pay scheduled work hours are not always ideal, work holidays no tuition reimbursement stores can be short on help at times to cut back on budget workload can be overwhelming especially around holidays and 1 day sales called in to help when short staffed
