Pros
Great benefits, most stores have quarterly bonus programs.
Cons
The management likes to micro-manage and doesn't give managers enough staff to successfully do the job required. Upper management doesn't protect employees from bullying of lower management employees. I have seen one department manager actually push a mentally handicapped employee.
