      -Provided a perfect learning experience -Great management team -Most people on the team willing to help new staff learn and grow -Great hotel related benefits

      -Long hours, vacation was at times difficult to have approved -Pay was lower than expected -Upward movement within company is challenging without the employee being willing to move locations
