Pros

Good benefits, excellent health care and wellness options, very family oriented (except with regards to hours), truly caring HR group. EHS people that really care and want to do the right things.

Cons

Hours stink if you work at a 24/7 facility because they mostly do 12 hour shifts and a 4/3/3/4 or 5/2/2/5. Meaning you work every other weekend. Not sure where they get people in upper management at the branches from? Sending in box tops?? Top level guy at the Cottage Grove facility has the personality of a porcupine with hemorrhoids. When he deems to talk to underlings it is usually about how it really is just their fault for not trying harder to get the communication he didn't make. This is an ok place to start, but plan on moving on pretty quickly if you aren't one of the "chosen". It will be painfully obvious if you aren't one of that group.

Pros

The people that I worked with.

Cons

Lacked support for employees. Upper management and corporate people did not really care about the way employees were trained or treated. Investment in new systems made workflows and processes harder or longer.
