Pros

Fantastic benefits, good work/life balance, very ethical leadership, extremely strong/stable company. I recommend this company to all family, friends and acquaintances.

Cons

Not much to share as far as cons. A bit conservative as far as dress policies, etc but slowly changing.

Cons

Lacked support for employees. Upper management and corporate people did not really care about the way employees were trained or treated. Investment in new systems made workflows and processes harder or longer.
