Everyone is willing to help out and is very friendly. From the first interview to the last, everyone made me feel at home and wanted.

Cons

Could use more training to learn full details of my role. Trained for three days and then began role as manager.

Pros

The people that I worked with.

Cons

Lacked support for employees. Upper management and corporate people did not really care about the way employees were trained or treated. Investment in new systems made workflows and processes harder or longer.
