They give you expense account, vehicle with a gas card.

Cons

If you are considering the business development manager position, please highly consider that this position normally does not last very long. The company finds hard-working sales people from other companies and unfortunately I've seen them only last 3 months and the longest 2 years. This is not a position for you if you want a long-term job.

Cons

Lacked support for employees. Upper management and corporate people did not really care about the way employees were trained or treated. Investment in new systems made workflows and processes harder or longer.
