Pros

Job security and benefits. The company offers a lot for retirement which is awesome.

Cons

This plant is old and was poorly commissioned. This leads to a lot of mechanical failures and burn out from doing to much. There is chemical exposure.

The people that I worked with.

Lacked support for employees. Upper management and corporate people did not really care about the way employees were trained or treated. Investment in new systems made workflows and processes harder or longer.
