      No forced overtime on employees

      Cons

      Lots of young people, drugs and alcohol used at work. Supervisors are not educated and don't know how to work with employees. Lots of harassment and profanity used daily.

      Set schedule, with occasional weekend work, friendly atmosphere, great training, amazing Benefits, climate controlled, great pay..

      Wouldn’t mind a 10 min break in the afternoon but it’s manageable

      Clean enviroment. Climate controlled factory. Friendly staff. Opportunities to move up in company.

      Hard to keep people, so often multiple responsibilities assigned to one person. Pay isn't super competitive.
