Pros
Great place to work. I really enjoyed working there. The people are very nice and professional. There is a lot of talent in the engineering department and front office. Management is great, and they help out a lot. Everyone is smart and hard working. I was very lucky to start working at this facility for my first job.
Cons
It is a larger company in a small town. It is growing, but perhaps a little too fast. Will I was working there it seemed understaffed at times.
