      Pros

      The company is a people orientated facility. There are many comments to indicate that this is not the case. However, in my role I have seen them do tremendous things for the employees. I understand it isn't always the best outcomes for all, which leads to unsatisfied people.

      Cons

      Need better retention efforts for the production floor.

      Set schedule, with occasional weekend work, friendly atmosphere, great training, amazing Benefits, climate controlled, great pay..

      Wouldn’t mind a 10 min break in the afternoon but it’s manageable

      Hard to keep people, so often multiple responsibilities assigned to one person. Pay isn't super competitive.
