Pros

Cafeteria was nice. The visible access of the CEO was nice.

Cons

Ageism is RAMPANT. And by ageism, I mean if you are GenX, forget it. The favoritism is VISIBLE, even when you have the highest performance stats and performance ratings.

Pros

Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

Cons

I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.
