Pros

Hyland has the most/best perks of any company I have ever worked for (but then again, maybe this is why they had to lay off 1000 employees). Every person I interacted with was extremely nice.

Cons

There are a lot of products to learn about, and even though there are resources, there are too many, in numerous places - so you spend a lot of time looking for all the answers. The Sales team relies heavily on other teams to answer questions for customers that they should know and should be answering themselves.

Pros

Work/life balance Great people to work with on daily basis Ability to work remote (US based) Plenty of development opportunities I've been given the tools I need to do my job and be innovative I have an amazing manager and team that I lead

Cons

I am restricted on where I can hire new employees right now. There are a lot of competing priorities with similar deadlines which can be stressful, but the days go by fast.
