I almost never could reach either one of the supervisors by phone and nearly always received a text rather than a call - even in emergencies - The office is Burbank is incredibly small and one room has no windows - I have seen people work in a windowless room providing telehealth. - the training is subpar, and you will spend a lot of time just trying to train staff in the field, which makes everyone look bad - The second person in charge has VERY CLEAR favorites and you will see clear differences in her interactions (and lack of repercussions) with her favorites. - the second person in charge does not like to be given any sort of helpful feedback. She sees it as aggressive and combative, and if it you keep trying to helpful, you'll be seen as problem.
