Pros
Virgin Hyperloop has, in the past, hired some of the best engineers that I have worked with. The engineering challenges are beyond what one might find at a more established company, allowing for a lot of growth.
Cons
The company has spent most of its history in decline. Whether from the quality of staff, the tools available to its engineering team, or the constant churn in upper management (in 2021 VH had 2 CEOs get fired, at the end of the year operating under an interim CEO. This is not to mention the drama from earlier in its history).
