Pros
-100% employee-owned (3 year to vest) -annual profit sharing -safe working environment -mostly great people to work with -great location if you enjoy the outdoors -no state income tax in NH -onsite primary care with no co-pay and walk-ins available -onsite fitness facility available 24 hours to employees
Cons
-shrinking opportunities -company coddles low-performing individuals -company cares more about CSR initiatives then getting actual work done (not uncommon to see people going for "wellness-walks" when there are projects with slipping deadlines that need to be focused on -low paying compared to other companies (they claim the total rewards is better than other companies, and certain parts are, but profit sharing is a gamble and can be frustrating during a low-profit year when you work all year hoping the bonus will make up for getting underpaid throughout the year and then realize profit sharing doesn't offset what you could have made elsewhere).
