Good people, company has good values in the right areas, takes safety seriously, overall a fun place to work.
Cons
Your success depends on your supervisor, there are some great ones but there are some that you will end up feeling "stuck" in your career/growth. They don't pay as much during the course of the year as some other companies, but the large profit sharing at the end of the year makes up for it. However, this can make taxes tricky and hard to plan for.
