Pros
- WeWork facility - Room to grow - Friendly, engaged team. You get to know pretty much everyone in the company, not just people in your department. Everyone seems really happy here. Everyone really believes in what the company is doing. - Start-up environment- everyone's input valued. Young team (everyone in their 20s and 30s). - Casual dress - Flexible hours - Good motivation for employees for self improvement and improvement of the company. Employees encouraged to grow, but there is not too much pressure put on people. - Good at helping people who are underperforming/struggling. Focus on helping people, rather than getting people into trouble. - Company is rapidly growing.
Cons
- Some communication issues at times, but generally resolved pretty easily and efficiently - Pay is under industry average, but this comes with being a startup company. There are multiple opportunities to earn some extra cash, however.
