Cons
HyreCar treats its employees and its customers terribly. I worked there for about 8 months before realizing that this place was a scam for anyone who uses the service and anyone who works here. This company will not last too much longer because eventually, like anything else rooted is shadiness, dishonesty and poor leadership, it will fail. HARD! So glad I opened my eyes and I got out when I did. I also hated how poorly they treated their customers. Literally google HyreCar and you will see other people rallying to start a Class Action Lawsuit. Let's talk a little bit about the leadership team; most of the team was built around nepotism. I understand wanting to employ your family and friends and descendants of your old Fullerton College fraternity, but also? Make sure they know how to do those jobs. The team is mostly composed of dull-witted, inexperienced kids who should actually be working fast food jobs to learn some core values. Ford.
