Pros
The engineering team was cool for the most part
Cons
Enormous amounts of secrets and lies Execs have a lot of background in Wall Street and know very little about engineering. There’s constant battling in getting engineering needs filled since they are only capable of understanding sales and operations. Many people are underpaid, and that just reflects the culture. They love taking advantage of people. There’s basically zero perks. You get water, coffee, but then you pay for everything else. Engineering is very undervalued. They will call themselves a tech company, but they’re really just a sales company. Everything is a fight to get anything you want. If you are promised something, such as a promotion, you could be doing the right thing, performing well, but they’re the kind of people that would say “prove it” and sweep what they said under the rug to make more money. It’s a real sick thing to do, but they have no remorse. Take the glowing reviews here with a grain of salt. Just about all of them are fake and were heavily influenced by management to make the company look good and help with hiring. I recognize who is writing a lot of the reviews and I know that’s not what they actually think.
