Incompetent management of several departments. Executive team disconnected and sheltered behind a closed door to the rest of the company. Does not prioritize the actual customers that support the business. Does not provide employees with acceptable tools to optimize job functions. Employees encouraged to visit the office during remote work, while no social distancing is practised, and several others who frequent the office do so directly after traveling both domestically and internationally.
