- Awesome people at the floor, made lifetime friendships - Tons of opportunities for learning, management was open-minded about process improvements - Many growth opportunities for production-based roles

- Compensation was below average for my role (but many other things padded this con, so this was okay)

Saw employees verbally abused and threatened, reported by multiple employees and management protected the abuser for far to long.
