Pros

You've never get any real trouble for the sales figure pressure in this company. Belonging to Hyundai Motor group, they are just carrying on business with whatever given to them with minimize the margin for Hyundai Motor Group

Cons

It's literally a pension house. Not many people are buzzing around. For Sales-wise, you must be wasting your time and career as they wish you to do all Admin job such as typing in SAP, caring about tax invoices, sending out some notifications to the client. No development much required.

Pros

Benefits are great. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Work life balance is horrible. No work from home as Korea does not allow it. IT leadership and Executive leadership are just figure heads and can only do what Korea allows them to do. Talented IT workers or Talented IT leaders tend not to stay. All the good IT leaders come and go when they realize they have no say, so they leave. They usually last about a year or less.
