Not much cons just strict on sick time and PTO policy

Benefits are great. Pay is competitive.

Work life balance is horrible. No work from home as Korea does not allow it. IT leadership and Executive leadership are just figure heads and can only do what Korea allows them to do. Talented IT workers or Talented IT leaders tend not to stay. All the good IT leaders come and go when they realize they have no say, so they leave. They usually last about a year or less.
