Pros
Most things, pay, health insurance, etc. are slightly below average, but the car allowance is a great incentive, especially if you have adolescent drivers at home, you save a lot on insurance with a company lease.
Cons
In the past, it was a very stable workplace, with rare layoffs or management shakeups. It has not been that for several years now. Those who are great at kowtowing and not speaking truth to power will thrive and can work there forever, regardless of technical competence. If you are other it's at best a bridge job until you get a better job. Cannot believe anything mid to long-term executive management says. Everything is at the ever-changing whims of HQ in Korea. it's like Madmen without the glamour.
