Pros

Employee benefits are the best thing about the company.

Cons

The upper management does not respect their employees. There has been major turnover and no one is looking into why this is happening, nor do they care. Salaried employees are treated like hourly employees. We have to fill out electronic forms for OT we plan to work or have worked and sometimes we aren’t paid for it. The cultural barrier makes things difficult because they don’t understand common laws. There’s not one single salary employee that is happy being an employee there.

Pros

The hybrid work schedule is one of the biggest benefits of this role, providing flexibility and a better work-life balance

Cons

The biggest challenge is the limited opportunity for career growth. The work is highly manual and repetitive, with most tasks focused on cleaning, organizing, and analyzing messy Excel data. There are limited opportunities to work with advanced analytics tools, automation, or projects that help employees develop new skills. Many processes feel outdated, and there is little investment in improving systems or providing tools that would help analysts work more efficiently. Management support could also be improved. When requesting time off or asking to work from home due to feeling sick, the response can sometimes make employees feel uncomfortable or guilty rather than supported. The compensation does not seem competitive compared to the workload and responsibilities. While the role requires a lot of time and attention to detail, the pay does not reflect the level of effort required. Overall, this position may be suitable for someone looking for stability and a hybrid schedule, but it may not be the right fit for someone looking for professional growth, challenging work, or opportunities to advance their analytical career.
